Vendor FAQs.
You are qualified to be a vendor if:
Your business is based in Delaware County at this time.
Your business isn’t categorized as a Multi-Level Marketing business.
Once you complete the vendor application, you will receive communication on next steps. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation and specific details on their Vendor Village night.
Huts are 10 feet wide x 8 feet deep, 4 walls and a door to enter. They include a vendor window to conduct commerce.
The huts are not heated. Due to electricity constraints, we cannot allow space heater. We will provide a door mat for the ground inside the hut.
Each hut will have an outlet. As previously mentioned, this is not for space heaters. This can be for ipads, computers, phone charges, anything needed for point of sale transactions.
Each hut will have light inside and lights on the outside. There will be a drop down window that will allow for a counter space for transactions and display.
You will need to provide anything else that you need to conduct business.
Wifi is not available. There is no wifi access point. Cell service is available.
Setup will begin at 4:30 PM. Break down can happen no earlier than 8:00 PM.
No. Each vendor gets one night to sell. You must bring and take all product/items with you that evening.
We have set aside rain dates for each of the scheduled vendor days. Decisions on rain dates will be made that week and will be determined based on the forecast.
Your business does not to have a physical “bricks and mortar” location. However, you will be required to provide a certificate of insurance.
No, there will not be signage, but we encourage you to bring materials with your business name.
You’ll be able to pull up near the clock to unload, but will need to move your car to regular parking once unloaded. Your car must be moved by 4:30 PM. Any carts to move items must be brought by the vendor.
There will be sufficient lighting inside each.
